About Jem Ho

Jem Ho is an award-winning director at onedash22 who has the ability to take a simple idea or story and give it depth and a compelling narrative.

Over the years, he has produced and directed numerous short films, commercials, and corporate videos. They often possess an emotional core or a fun and light-hearted tone. He excels in crafting films that have a relatable message or inspire curiosity in the characters or products that are featured. Always looking to bring out precise performances from his talents, he strives to find the right communication vernacular with each of them.

Jem prefers to use cinematics to bring the message and story across and let the visuals speak for themselves. He also embraces creative challenges and often tests the boundaries of traditional execution and story structures.

About Jeremy Steven

Jeremy Steven is an award-winning director at onedash22 who was raised on a strict diet of pop-culture and his father’s endless collection of films.

He graduated from Ngee Ann’s Film Sound and Video. His 2006 16MM short titled ‘Lynch’ made its way to Film Festivals in Istanbul and Prague, winning awards for Sound Design and Editing. Fiercely passionate about music, he started out directing music videos and documentaries for local musicians, before beginning in the industry as an editor in 2008.

Since then, he has gone on to direct a host of commercial videos of varying genres. He's constantly looking to engage the audience in creative and entertaining ways. Whether it's a gritty short film or a hyper-realistic tv commercial, he always looks to create memorable videos with his signature visual style and dynamic pacing.
